Welcome Back Parmenter!

After a year off to spend time with my family, I'm thrilled to be back teaching physical education and wellness!

This month all grades will focus on team building activities and cooperation in PE and will be participating in bullying prevention lessons in wellness.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact me!

Fall Fitness

Students are winding down their month-long health and physical education Fitness Units!  Students have been working hard identifying various fitness components as they complete various fitness activities!  Students in 3-5 just completed their Fall fitness testing and this Spring, students in grades 4 and 5 have a chance to earn either a National or Presidential Physical Fitness Award!  From what I have seen, it looks like I will be handing out a lot of awards!  Next month, we will be working on soccer in physical education and nutrition in health.  Stayed tuned for more updates as we begin those units!
