Hello!
For the remainder of December, students in K-5 will be participating in challenges and activities involving eye-hand coordination. K-2 students will be focusing on self-tossing and underhand tossing, while students in 3-5 will be working on overhand throwing. In health, students will start talking about disease control and prevention. The topic for the younger students will be germs and preventing the spread of germs, while the older students will learn about the immune system and will see how their personal behavior (washing hands, wearing a seatbelt, getting enough sleep, etc.) impacts their health.
I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season!
